Crashing to Earth

I looked at them. "What are you doing Nomma? I can feel energy coming off you and it feels as if your giving it to her." I said to him though I didn't know how I knew that.

The flow stops, and I move my hand away. "How do you feel, Raine?"

I was confused. "You can give energy to other people? It's strange. I feel better."

"Good. The energy is my ki. My life force. It healed you."

"That's interesting."

"Yup." I said then got up. "I'm going to go home and call my uncle and see if he still has the stories written down." I said to them.

I nod. "Good. We'll probably need those."

I smiled slightly. "I'll call then come back." I said to them and left to go and call my uncle.


*In my apartment*

I grab my phone and dial my uncle's number.

"Hello?" My uncle Inu picks up.

"Hey uncle Inu it's Naomi. I wanted to know if you had the Saiyan stories written down still. I didn't know if you threw them out."

"Nope, I have them right here."

"Okay, I know it's late but can I come and get them?"

"Yes, you may. Goodbye, see you in a few minutes."

"Bye." I said then hung up.

I walked back over to Nomma's apartment.

I see Naomi come back. "Well?"

"I'll be back. I need to go and get them. There's about three books." I said to him.

I nod. "Why don't you try flying? It's faster."

I looked at him. "Hello I just found out about this today! I'm not trained or anything. I'm not falling from the sky." I said to him.

I grin. "The voice will explain. It's really easy."

"Fine, but if I die from a fall you won't get your books." I said to him. "Can you show me how?" I asked him.

I nod. I form my energy into a bubble around me, and move the bubble with my mind. I move with it.

I listened to the voice in my head. I tryed it and failed the first time but the second time I get it right. "Thanks Nomma. I'll be right back." I said then flew to my uncle Inu's house.

*Uncle Inu's house*

"Naomi! Here are the books." Came the voice of my aunt Kagome.

"Thanks aunt Kags." I said to her taking the books

"Take care of them Naomi." Came my uncle's voice.

"I will." I said to him. "Thank you." I said and gave them a quick hug. "Bye." I said then flew off.

*Nomma's*

I walked in. "I'm back and I have the books." I said to them.

"Wow that was fast." I said amazed.

"Like I said, flying is faster."

"It was fun." I said smiling. "Now, This is the first book, it explains everything. Some of it we know." I said to them. I handed Nomma the three thick books. "Here you go." I said to him.

I read the first book. It describes the adventures of a boy named Goku, up until his third world tournament.

"When I was a child I loved these stories but never took them as more then legends." I said.

The second tells about Goku as a man. It describes something called a Super Saiyan. "Hey, guys. Take a look at this."

I look. "Super Saiyans." I mumbled. I remembered bits and pieces but I didn't remember fully. "Hm..I can remember a little bit about it but not much. I haven't listened to these stories in years."

"According to this, it was a higher form of being that any Saiyan could attain. It increased his strength a hundred fold. It wasn't easy to get to, though."

"Wow, that's cool. It must have been nice to grow up with stories like this."
